2. How long does it take for my miles to get renewed or transferred?

Your request will be processed immediately upon successfully receiving the required service fee from your credit or charge card. You can then review your latest balance and activities at latest transaction.

3. What should I do if I have lost my membership card, or have lost the membership number I intend to give to?

If you have lost your membership card or forgotten your membership number, you can call the Asia Miles Service Hotline. However, due to data privacy and our confidentiality policy we cannot provide you with another person's membership number.

4. How can I obtain a print copy of Asia Miles communications?

All our communications, including the Asia Miles members' guide and Asia Miles Dining Guide are available for you to download under the Download section. 5. What is the difference between The Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles?

The Marco Polo Club is Cathay Pacific's exclusive loyalty club while Asia Miles is a separate leading travel reward programme that comprises a variety of airlines and hotel partners in Asia, as well as credit / charge card companies, car rental agencies, telecommunication companies and other non-airline partners. Members of The Club are automatically enrolled as Asia Miles members.

7. How do I find out when my miles expire?

You can check this information online in the 'Latest Transactions' page by simply logging in with your membership number and PIN.

8. What if I have forgotten my PIN?

You can retrieve your PIN online if you have registered your email address in your member profile. You will be asked to provide specific personal details. For security reasons, the PIN will be sent to your registered email address.

9. What do you mean by eligible/qualifying activities?

Not all services and products purchased from our partners are eligible for mileage accrual. To accure Asia Miles, please ensure that the services and products you are using qualify for mileage and/or are offered at a rate which is eligible for mileage.

10. Do I need to submit any supporting documents with my missing mileage request? Can I get these supporting documents back?

Yes, original ticket copies and boarding passes must be submitted together with Missing Airline Mileage requests. For Missing Non-Airline Mileage requests, original receipts are required. For some non-airline transactions such as dining and inflight purchase transactions, original receipts with pre-printed membership numbers are required. All documents submitted will be retained for record purposes. We suggest that you keep copies for your own reference.
