 Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion commences on 30 November 2012 and ends on 6 January 2013, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
2. Members must complete registration during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the promotion. 
3. Every Asia Mile redeemed for Asia Miles Lifestyle Awards (“Eligible Redemptions”) within the Promotion Period will be accumulated to a Total Redeemed Amount for each member. 
4. Every 10,000 accumulated miles redeemed in any of the following Lifestyle Award categories including Hotel & Holiday Packages, Wine & Dine, Leisure & Sport, Electronics & Accessories, Household & Other Merchandise, Gifts, Flowers & Hampers, Car Rental & Transportation, Health & Beauty, Special Events and Duty-free Pre-flight Order (“Eligible Redemptions”) within the Promotion Period will give members one share of 10,000,000 Asia Miles regardless of number of transactions and miles per transaction. 
5. First time Asia Miles Lifestyle Award redeemers will be given one extra share. For example, if a member redeems 30,000 accumulated miles within the promo period, he/she will have 3 shares for the 10,000,000 Asia Miles (First time redeemer will be given 1 more share, 4 shares in total). 
6. Final miles each registered member will receive = (10,000,000 Asia Miles) / (total number of shares generated in the Promotion Period) x (number of shares you entitled). The final miles will be rounded down to the nearest integer where decimal places are not counted. 
7. Redemptions for Flight Awards, Miles Conversion, Asia Miles for Charity and environment, and service fees (i.e. Asia Miles membership card replacement, statement reprint, airline award ticket re-issuance, extend airline award ticket validity, express lifestyle award redemption letter processing and lifestyle award redemption letter re-issuance) will not be counted into the Total Redeemed Amount. 
8. The final miles awarded will be credited to members’ accounts within 6 to 8 weeks after the promotion ends. 
9. Eligible Redemptions that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unsuccessful, will be disqualified for the purpose of this Promotion. 
10. Asia Miles reserves the right to alter or terminate the promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
11. All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of Asia Miles.
