Asia Miles can be earned on all eligible mortgage loans based on the size of the loan drawdown amount or 70% of the loan-to-loan value ratio (whichever is lower). Loans of HKD1,000,000 or above will be entitled to earn Asia Miles.

For each eligible mortgage loan, the maximum cash subsidy amount for all prevailing offers must not exceed 1% of the mortgage loan drawdown amount or 70% of the loan-to-value ratio (whichever is lower).

How to Earn Asia Miles

  1. Call the Standard Chartered Bank Mortgage Hotline on +852 2886 8855.
  2. Quote your Asia Miles membership number and present your membership card at the time of application.

Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this offer:
    • Customers must submit mortgage loan applications from 17 September 2009 to 30 November 2009 through the Standard Chartered Bank Mortgage Hotline (+852 2886 8855) and drawdown the mortgage loan on or before 31 December 2009.
    • One of the borrowers of the mortgage loan case or any guarantor of a shell company must be an eligible Asia Miles member (“Eligible Member”).
    • The Asia Miles membership number of one of the eligible Asia Miles members must be provided and presented upon submitting the mortgage application (“Eligible Mortgage Loan Case”).
  2. Each eligible mortgage loan case will be eligible to this offer once only during the promotion period.
  3. The reward will be offered to Eligible Mortgage Loan Cases according to the mortgage loan drawdown amount or 70% of the loan-to-value ratio (whichever is lower). Loans of HKD1,000,000 or above are entitled to the Bonus Points Reward. For details, please refer to the above table.
  4. Asia Miles will be credited to the Asia Miles account of the Eligible Member within three months from the date of the mortgage loan drawdown.
  5. The Eligible Member cannot be changed after submitting the mortgage application,  and the membership must still be valid at the time of crediting the mileage, otherwise the Asia Miles awarded will be forfeited.
  6. The Asia Miles awarded are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Standard Chartered Bank (HK) Limited reserve the right to offer an alternative gift if the specified Gift is not available.
