How to earn	The primary cardholders, who applied and chose to join the Elite Program of the American Express Cathay Pacific Elite Credit Card, shall pay an annual fee of NTD5,000, and accumulate charges of at least NTD10,000 within one year from the date of approval, then the above-mentioned mileage will be credited to the new card account within 6 to 8 weeks.	The primary cardholders who applied for the American Express Cathay Pacific Credit Card shall pay an annual fee of NTD1,800, and accumulate charges of at least NTD3,000 within one year from the date of approval, then the award mileage will be credited in the new card account within 6 to 8 weeks.

Note:

1. The annual fee for the American Express Cathay Pacific Elite Credit Card is NTD5,000; the annual fee for the American Express Cathay Pacific Credit Card is NTD1,800, both includes one primary card and one supplementary card without additional charge. American Express reserves the right of final approval of all applications received.
2. The rewards of Elite Program apply only to primary cardholders who join the program before 30 September 2008. After the primary cardholders of Elite Program pay the annual fee for the current year and charge at least NTD10,000 on the card within a year from the date of the approval, the account of American Express card will be credited 15,000 Asia Miles within 6 to 8 weeks. An early termination fee of NTD8,000 shall be paid to American Express in the case that cardholders fail to maintain their account in good standing within the first year of joining the program.
3. The above-mentioned reward program only applies to the primary cardholders who return the application before 30 September 2008. Thereafter, the primary cardholder pay the annual fee and charge at least NTD3,000 on the card within a year after card approval, 3,000 Asia Miles will be credited to the new card account within 6 to 8 weeks.
4. Asia Miles earned will be calculated according to the amount (in HKD) indicated on your purchase invoice.
