Asia Miles

1. Be an Asia Miles member and earn Asia Miles.
Anyone can browse the Asia Miles iShop, but you must be an Asia Miles member to earn Asia Miles through your online purchase. If you're not yet a member, you can join now for free.

2. Make sure you log on to Asia Miles before you begin shopping online.

• You can log on at www.asiamiles.com or shop.asiamiles.com (at the login box in the top-left corner of the screen).
• Use your Asia Miles membership number / username and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to log on

3. Be certain that cookies are enabled on your computer.
Once you've logged on as an Asia Miles member, enable the "cookies" function on your computer so that we can track your path from Asia Miles iShop to the merchant's website and correctly allocate any miles you earn. Therefore, it's very important that "cookies" are enabled so that we can credit your account with Asia Miles. For more information on cookies, check out the Asia Miles iShop FAQs.

4. How the shopping experience works.

• Once you've browsed Asia Miles iShop and selected a merchant, you'll be asked to log on or if you have already logged on, this will take you through to the merchant's website – remember you must be logged on to your Asia Miles account so that we can allocate Asia Miles to you accordingly.
• When you enter the merchant's online store, their Terms & Conditions will apply.
• After the merchant approves your purchase or transaction, the corresponding number of Asia Miles will be credited to your Asia Miles account. Lead-time for purchase transaction approval is subject to individual merchants, typically taking between 60 and 120 days.

5. Always click through from Asia Miles iShop.
To earn Asia Miles from an online purchase, you MUST click through to the merchant's website via Asia Miles iShop. This allows us to track you via cookies, validate your purchase and credit Asia Miles to your account. Want to know more? See our FAQs.

6. How many Asia Miles you can earn.
This varies depending on which merchant you buy from.

• Each merchant's earn rate is clearly marked on the Asia Miles iShop website.
• The amount of Asia Miles you'll earn won't be confirmed until payment has been received from the merchant (dependent on currency exchange rates).

7. Close all browsers before leaving the iShop website.
If you're in a public area, remember to logout and close all browsers to protect your private information once you've finished browsing.

	New merchant: The merchant has just joined Asia Miles iShop.
	Voucher: The merchant provides an online discount voucher, which can be used together with earning Asia Miles.
	Special offer: The merchant is providing a special offer.
	Offer ending soon: The merchant's voucher or special offer is ending soon.
