The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is one of the region's most successful exhibition organisers, with over 40 years of experience and one of the largest databases of active commercial contacts in the world. An important link between East and West, the HKTDC is committed to bringing a broad spectrum of exciting trade fairs to the Asia-Pacific region and provides both local and international companies with unlimited business and sourcing solutions.

What you need to do

1. Pre-register online with HKTDC at least two weeks prior to the start of each fair.
2. Simply present your Asia Miles membership card and business card at the fair's Customer Service Counter* to register your attendance and collect your Confirmation Receipt for the fair.

* Customer Service Counters may be located at different locations depending on the layout of each fair. Please ask HKTDC staff for assistance.

Important Notes

• Only selected HKTDC fairs are eligible to earn Asia Miles.
• Asia Miles can only be earned once per member per selected fair. Only the first successfully pre-registered member of each company is entitled for the offer.
• Members must retain their original Confirmation Receipt until Asia Miles have been credited to their account. For missing mileage claims, please contact HKTDC directly via email at exhibitions@tdc.org.hk or call HKTDC hotline on +852 2240 4585.
• Asia Miles cannot be earned in conjunction with other HKTDC promotions.
• Asia Miles will be credited to member's account four to six weeks after each fair ends.
• Only members aged 18 or above are admitted.
