What you need to do

  • Register with the Smiles Driver Rewards Programme, complete a Asia Miles conversion form and return it to Esso and Mobil.
  • Forms are available at all Esso and Mobil service stations or by calling the Esso and Mobil customer service hotline.

Important Notes

You have two options to convert Smiles points to Asia Miles:

  1. Auto-conversion: Smiles points in members' account will be automatically converted to Asia Miles at the end of each month.
  2. Flexi-conversion:
    • Hong Kong – conversion must be in blocks of 2,500 Smiles points (equivalent to 500 Asia Miles)
    • Singapore – conversion must be in blocks of 150 Smiles points (equivalent to 100 Asia Miles)
