How to Redeem

1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your award will be mailed to your designated address within the next working day after Asia Miles are successfully deducted from your account. The normal mailing lead-time for mailing addresses in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing addresses outside of Hong Kong. The actual time taken will depend on the postal service and mailing location.
