* Priority Awards give you a better chance of getting a seat on Cathay Pacific and Dragonair flights during peak-travel periods. Redeeming a round-trip Priority Award or combining a one-way Priority Award with a Standard Award may provide better flexibility.

General Conditions

  1. Award zones are based on the one-way distance between the origin airport and destination airport. If connecting sectors are involved, the sector distances should be added together to determine the total one-way distance and the applicable award zone. Unless indicated otherwise, the awards in the table apply to round-trip flights.
  2. Award zone "S" is not available to one-way tickets on Aer Lingus. Award zones "S" and "A" are not applicable for Alaska Airlines flights to or from Mexico with sector distances of less than 1,200 miles.
  3. Upgrade Awards are not available on any codeshare flights.
  4. Mixed class and mixed carrier awards do not apply to class upgrades and companion tickets.
  5. For British Airways flight, miles required for one-class Upgrade from economy (World Traveller) to round-trip Premium Economy Class (World Traveller Plus Class) award, or from Premium Economy Class (World Traveller Plus) to round-trip Business award is 50% of the equivalent round-trip Economy Class (World Traveller Class) award. For flights do not have Premium Economy Class (World Traveller Plus), upgrade from Economy to Business is allowed.
  6. Other airline award redemption terms and conditions apply.

oneworld Multi-Carrier Awards Chart

This awards chart is applicable when you redeem a round-trip award ticket with an itinerary which covers:

  • Two oneworld alliance airlines, where Cathay Pacific or Dragonair is not included; or
  • Three or more oneworld alliance airlines when Cathay Pacific or Dragonair is included.

You can choose from all oneworld alliance airlines on one award with a maximum distance range of up to 50,000 miles.

  1. The awards zone is determined by the actual miles flown in all of the sectors of your itinerary.
  2. You can make a maximum of five stopovers, two transfers and two open-jaws at either origin, en-route or turnaround point, subject to airline partners' terms and conditions.
