Redeem this sumptuous, traditional afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge, located in the lobby level of the Conrad Hong Kong. The buffet offers endless choices with delectable sweet and savoury delicacies, accompanied by your favourite hot beverage. Available daily from 3:00pm to 6:00pm on weekdays and from 1:00pm to 6:00pm on weekends and public holidays (except blackout dates specified under Terms and Conditions below). A perfect way to catch up with friends and family while enjoying the most extensive afternoon tea selection in Hong Kong.

How to Redeem

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Your redemption letter will be mailed to your designated address within the next working day after Asia Miles are successfully deducted from your account. The normal mailing lead-time of redemption letters for mailing addresses in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing addresses outside of Hong Kong. The actual time taken will depend on the postal service and mailing location.
  3. Make a reservation by calling the Lobby Lounge on +852 2521 3838 (ext 8250).
  4. Enjoy the menu within the award consumption period. Please present the original copy of the redemption letter and your membership card at the time of dining.

Terms and conditions

  1. Dining award menus are subject to change according to seasonal availability.
  2. The same value of Asia Miles applies, regardless of whether the award is used by an adult or a child. 
  3. Dining awards are not available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, fireworks display nights, when tickets are required for entry, when the venue undergoes renovation or close for private function.
  4. The original redemption letter must be submitted at the time of dining.
  5. Any additional cost of beverages and food orders not included in the package will be at the member's own expense and shall be paid for in cash or credit card directly to the restaurant at the time of dining.
  6. This award cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards or promotional offers.
