2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).

1. Award items can be delivered to the member or a third party authorized by the member.
2. Award includes worldwide delivery (excluding PO Box address). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
3. Deliveries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied to the member.
4. Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery.
