2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).

1. No expiry date applies to the Gift Card.
2. Your Gift Card will be mailed to the address as provided on your redemption form. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be re-issued or replaced. Mailed Gift Cards are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Best Buy Canada Limited assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
3. Members are required to sign acknowledgement slips upon receipt of Gift Cards via the arranged delivery.
4. The redemption of award items is subject to availability.
5. Gift cards are not returnable and non-refundable.
6. The Gift Card may not be resold. They are non-redeemable for cash or online and not valid as a method of payment for Future Shop credit card.
