1. Redeem online during the redemption period. 
2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).
3. Your Gift Certificate will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time is up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.

1. Award includes delivery within Taiwan (excluding PO Box address). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
2. Your Gift Certificate will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged Gift Certificate will not be re-issued or replaced. Mailed Gift Certificate is the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd and The Eslite Corporation assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
3. Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery.
4. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
5. Gift Certificates are not returnable and non-refundable.
6. The Gift Certificate may not be resold. They are non-redeemable for cash. 
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and The Eslite Corporation is final.
