  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).
  3. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery to your designated address. Contact Links Unlimited on +1 877 282 0032 in case you do not receive the awards within the agreed delivery period.

  1. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member. 
  2. Award includes delivery within the U.S. 50 states (excluding PO Box address). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  3. Lost, stolen, damaged Gift Card will not be re-issued or replaced. Mailed Gift Card is the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd and Links Unlimited assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
  4. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
