1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).
3. Your award will be mailed to your designated address within the next working day after Asia Miles are successfully deducted from your account. The normal mailing lead-time for mailing addresses in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing addresses outside of Hong Kong. The actual time taken will depend on the postal service and mailing location.

1. The award is good for use at over 460 Canadian Tire stores, 400 service centres, and over 250 gas bars coast to coast in Canada.
2. The Gift Card features no expiry date but it is not reloadable.
3. Award includes delivery (excluding PO Box addresses). No self-collection service is available.
4. Your Gift Card will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged Gift Card will not be re-issued or replaced. Mailed Gift Card is the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Canadian Tire assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
5. Members are requested to sign acknowledgement slips upon receipt of Gift Cards via the arranged delivery.
6. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
7. Gift cards are not returnable and non-refundable.
8. The Gift Card may not be resold. They are non-redeemable for cash or online and may not be applied as payment on any Canadian Tire credit accounts.
9. In the case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Canadian Tire Corporation Limited is final.
