How to Redeem

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day, after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for a mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for a mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
  3. Contact a below designated outlet to check for stock availability before collection.
  4. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of award items at:

  1. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member.
  2. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection.
  3. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.

  5. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
  6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
