1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter and the hotel stay certificate will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Select the hotel from Collection A of your choice, then make an advance reservation (guaranteed by credit card) by calling +1 8888 742 7488 in the U.S.A and Canada, or +800 0742 7488 worldwide, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 9:00PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please quote the Ovation Rewards Certificate number.
4. Please present and surrender your original Ovation Rewards certificate upon check-in.

1. The award is exchangeable for 1 night stay at participating hotels in Ovation Rewards Collection A. Award includes breakfast for two and applicable room taxes and breakfast gratuities. Other incidental expenses will be paid by the award recipient.
2. Your Ovation Rewards certificate will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired hotel stay certificate will not be replaced. Mailed hotel stay certificates are the sole responsibility of the bearer.
