How to Redeem
Terms and conditions

Redeem for a 1-night stay at Marriott any day of the week. Choose from over 2,300 participating Marriott locations in North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Award includes:

  1. 1 night's accommodation
  2. Breakfast for two (except for stays at TownePlace Suites)
  3. All applicable room taxes

How to Redeem

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Allow seven days for processing. A redemption letter, hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon will be sent to you.
  3. Select the participating Marriott property of your choice, then make an advance reservation (guaranteed by credit card) by calling 1-800-899-7235. Please quote 'America Flex Anytime Award' plus the reference code listed on the back of your hotel stay certificate.
  4. Please present your hotel stay certificate and your breakfast coupon upon check-in.

Terms and conditions

  1. The award is exchangeable for 1 night stay at participating Marriott in North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean. Award includes breakfast for two and all room applicable taxes. Breakfast is not included at TownePlace Suites properties. Other incidental expenses will be paid by the award recipient.
  2. The award is valid until 25 March 2010 or otherwise forfeited.
  3. Your hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon will not be replaced. Mailed hotel stay certificates and breakfast coupons are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd and Marriott International assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
  4. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
  5. Redemption is subject to availability and local blackout dates apply.
  6. No refunds or exchanges.
  7. The hotel stay certificate breakfast coupon may not be resold. They are non-exchangeable for cash and void if sold for cash or other consideration.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes and Marriott International are final.
