1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your hotel stay certificate, breakfast coupon and dinner certificate will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Upon receiving the Australian Premier Award certificates:
   • Select the participating Marriott property of your choice, and then make an advance reservation (guaranteed by credit card) by calling Marriott Hotel Reservations. Please quote “Australian Premier Award” and the award number as printed on the front of the hotel stay certificate.
   • Please present your hotel stay certificate, and breakfast coupon at check-in.
   Upon receiving the Australian Dinner for Two Award certificates:
   • Please make a reservation by calling the participating restaurants as printed on the back of the certificate.
   • Please present the original copy of the dinner certificate with your membership card when placing your order.

1. The award is exchangeable for 1 night stay at participating Marriott in Australia. Award includes breakfast for two, dinner for two and all room applicable taxes. Other incidental expenses will be paid by the award recipient.
2. The award is valid until 2 May 2010 or otherwise forfeited.
3. Your hotel stay certificate, breakfast coupon and dinner certificate will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired certificates will not be replaced. Mailed certificates are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd and Marriott International assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
4. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
5. Redemption is subject to availability and local blackout dates apply.
6. No refunds or exchanges.
7. The hotel stay certificate, breakfast coupon and dinner certificate may not be resold. They are non-exchangeable for cash and void if sold for cash or other consideration.
8. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes and Marriott International are final.
