How to Redeem

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kongis around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
  3. Upon receipt of the certificates, select the participating Marriott property of your choice, then make an advance reservation (guaranteed by credit card) by calling Marriott Hotel Reservations. Please quote 'European Classic Award' plus the reference code "MUSA".
  4. Please present your hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon at the hotel upon check-in.

Terms and conditions

  1. The award is exchangeable for 1 night stay at participating Marriott in Europe. Award includes breakfast for two and all room applicable taxes. Other incidental expenses will be paid by the award recipient.
  2. The award is valid until 25 March 2010 or otherwise forfeited.
  3. Your hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon will be mailed to the address as provided in the redemption form. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired hotel stay certificate and breakfast coupon will not be replaced. Mailed hotel stay certificates and breakfast coupons are the sole responsibility of the bearer. Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd and Marriott International assume no responsibility whatsoever for loss or theft.
  4. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
  5. Redemption is subject to availability and local blackout dates apply.
  6. No refunds or exchanges.
  7. The hotel stay certificate breakfast coupon may not be resold. They are non-exchangeable for cash and void if sold for cash or other consideration.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes and Marriott International are final.
