1. Make a room reservations prior to award request. Please specify that this is an Asia Miles redemption and quote your membership number when making a booking.
2. Upon confirmation of room availability, redeem your Asia Miles on or before the award redemption period.
3. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
4. Present your original redemption letter at hotel check-in.

4. Redemption award must be enjoyed by member or redemption group member.
5. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon check-in. 
6. A 72-hour advance notice is required for re-scheduling or cancellation of confirmed bookings.
7. Cancellation policies apply and a no show/cancellation charge will be borne by the member. 
8. Any incidental costs not included in the award will be at the expense of the user.
9. Members shall pay for the room stay shall they fail to present the original redemption letter at hotel check-in. 
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Landis Hotels and Resorts is final.
