Flight Experience is a flight simulator modeled on the Boeing 737 cockpit. It is a unique opportunity to experience the feeling of piloting a real jet airliner. Redeem today, It’s your turn to take the captain’s seat!

With the package A1, which lasts about 30 minutes, you can choose either to have an introductory flight with take off and landing from the same airport, or to take a virtual scenic flight over Hong Kong or other 20,000 destinations. And if you are very much into technical things, you may want to know everything about the cockpit instruments.

How to Redeem

  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation (no redemption letter will be issued for this award).
  3. Please allow at least one week for delivery to your designated address. Contact Flight Experience on +852 2359 0000 or email bookings@flightexperience.com.hk in case you do not receive the awards within the agreed delivery period.
  4. Upon receive your voucher, please contact Flight Experience at +852 2359 0000 or email bookings@flightexperience.com.hk to book your flight time by quoting the voucher number and present the voucher upon arrival at the store.

Terms and conditions

  1. Advance booking of flight time is required.
  2. The suggested minimum age of participant is twelve years old and minimum height is 120 cm.
  3. Award items can be delivered to the member or a third party authorized by the member.
  4. Award includes delivery worldwide (excluding PO Box address).
  5. Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery.
  6. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
  7. Redeemed Flight Experience boarding pass are valid for six months from the redemption date.
  8. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
  9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Flight Experience is final.
