4. Upon receive your voucher, please contact Flight Experience at +852 2359 0000 or email bookings@flightexperience.com.hk to book your flight time by quoting the voucher number and present the voucher upon arrival at the store.

1. Advance booking of flight time is required.
2. The suggested minimum age of participant is twelve years old and minimum height is 120 cm.
3. Award items can be delivered to the member or a third party authorized by the member.
4. Award includes delivery worldwide (excluding PO Box address).
5. Members are requested to sign off acknowledgement slips upon receipt of award items via the arranged delivery.
6. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
7. Redeemed Flight Experience boarding pass are valid for six months from the redemption date.
8. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Flight Experience is final.
