1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of award items at:

1. Redemption request must be made directly by the member. The name on the redemption letter must be either the member’s or that of a Redemption Group Member.
2. Award items must be used within the award consumption period, or else will be forfeited.
3. Award collection is available at the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus only.
4. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection. 
5. If members fail to present the original redemption letter and membership card, Peak Tramways Company, Limited reserves the right to charge the member the published package cost.
6. Award collection is subject to the queuing arrangement by Peak Tramways Company, Limited.
7. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
8. The award cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions.
9. The award has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Peak Tram services and Sky Terrace will be suspended in the event of adverse weather, such as the hoisting of a typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm.
11. Other incidental charges, if applicable, will be borne by individual travellers and must be settled with Peak Tramways Company, Limited directly. 
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd., Peak Tramways Company, Limited and The Peak Tower Limited is final.
