1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing addresses in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing addresses outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of award items at:
   • Big Bus Tour Kiosk, Central
     Address: Star Ferry Pier No.7, Central, Hong Kong
     Operation Hours: 9:45am – 6pm
   • Big Bus Tour Kiosk, Tsim Sha Tsui
     Address: Tsim Sha Tsui East Promenade, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon (at the east end of Avenue of Stars, next to the outdoor Starbucks Coffee Shop)
     Operation Hours: 9:45am – 6pm

1. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member.
2. Award items must be used within the award consumption period, or else will be forfeited.
3. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
4. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection.
5. If members fail to present the original redemption letter, The Big Bus Company (Hong Kong) Ltd. reserves the right to charge the member the published package cost.
6. The Star Ferry upper deck return ticket is included in the Big Bus ticket. The Peak Tram return ticket can be collected at the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus, Central, with presenting your Big Bus Tour ticket.
7. The Big Bus ticket entitles the member to use all Big Bus services during operational hours for 24 hours commencing at the time the members first board the bus.
8. Members must show their tickets as they board. Members found travelling without a valid ticket will be charged the full ticket price for a replacement ticket.
9. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
10. For safety reasons, all customers on the upper deck are required to remain seated while the bus is in motion.
11. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
12. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and The Big Bus Company (HK) Ltd. is final.
