2. Select and redeem your desired duty-free awards
3. Enter your personal information and the details of your confirmed Cathay Pacific flight
4. Present your travel documents to flight attendants on board your confirmed flight for product collection

1. Only principal members are entitled to this redemption offer.
2. Members can redeem a maximum of 20 products per redemption transaction.
3. The maximum order quantity of each product is 20 or less. Please refer to the respective product description pages for more details.
4. The amount of Asia Miles required to redeem a particular product may vary from time to time and will be debited from a member's account according to its product listing at time of redemption.
5. The validation of travel documents is required for inflight collection. The travel document number of member must match the travel document number as registered during online redemption.
6. Members are required to sign the Product Delivery Form as confirmation of receipt of the product redeemed.
7. Any rescheduling of flights must be made between 2-21 days prior to your original departure date and not more than 60 days after the redemption date.
8. Any redeemed item left uncollected for 60 days after the redemption date will be forfeited.
9. Exceptional circumstances such as flight disruption, aircraft rotation and operational requirements etc may hamper availability of redeemed items on board your flight. In this case, please contact preflightorder@cathaypacific.com for re-arrangement.
