1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location. 
3. You are advised to collect your tickets at least three days prior to your preferred departure date at the designated TurboJET ticketing offices.
4. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of award items at the designated TurboJET ticketing office .

1. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
2. Travel must commence and be completed by 30 Apr 2010. Blackout dates on 24-27 Dec, 2009, 1-3 Jan, 13-16 Feb, 2-6 Apr, 2010.
3. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member.
4. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection.
5. Issued tickets cannot be rescheduled, cancelled, refunded, resold or redeemed for cash. 
6. Tickets will be cancelled when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or whenever TurboJET has suspended the ferry service. Members should contact TurboJET directly to reschedule cancelled tickets.
7. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
8. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Shun Tak - China Travel Ship Management Limited is final.
