1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. When departing from Haneda Airport:
   1. Contact the information desk at the arrival lobby to collect your Airport Limousine Bus ticket.
   2. Upon presentation of the redemption letter and your membership card, a bus ticket will be issued for boarding.
   When departing from Toyosu Area:
   1. No reservation is available. Please board on the next available bus in case seats are full.
   2. Your redemption letter will be your proof for boarding. Please present it together with your membership card to the bus driver upon departure.

1. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member.
2. Member must redeem 2 single journey tickets at the same time. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection.
3. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
4. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
5. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
7. Rescheduling or cancellation of the redemption is accepted by Airport Limousine if made at least 24 hours in advance.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Airport Transport Service Co. Ltd. is final.
