1. Contact Hertz on +852 2525 2838 or email reshertz@hertz-gsa.com.hk for reservation prior to award request. Please quote this is an “Asia Miles Redemption Award” and your Asia Miles membership number upon booking.
2. Upon confirmation of car availability, redeem your Asia Miles award three weeks before vehicle pick up. You will receive an email confirmation.
3. Your Hertz redemption voucher will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
4. Contact Hertz on +852 2525 2838 or email reshertz@hertz-gsa.com.hk in case you do not receive the voucher within the agreed delivery period.
5. Present the original Hertz redemption voucher and your Asia Miles membership card when picking up your car at the Hertz counter.

1. Package includes Unlimited Kilometres, Loss Damage Waiver (subject to excess), Airport (ferry) Concession Fee Recovery (ACFR) and 12.5% GST.
2. Redemption award must be enjoyed by the member or a redemption group member within the award consumption period, or else it will be forfeited.
3. Members will have to pay for the car rental by credit card should they fail to present the original Hertz redemption voucher during car rental collection.
4. Any incidental cost not included in the car rental package will be at the expense of the user.
5. Advance notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of the car rental. Local cancellation policies apply and all penalty charges will be borne by the member.
6. Redemption is subject to availability and local blackout dates apply.
7. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Hertz is final.
