2. Please allow seven days for processing. A redemption letter will then be sent to you.

3. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.

5. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
