How to redeem
 
  1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
  2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
  3. Make reservation by calling +852 2521 6660 or email customerservice@pauaspas.com.hk.
  4. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon consumption of award items at:

  2. Redemption award must be enjoyed by member or nomination group member.
  3. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item consumption.
  4. Award items must be enjoyed within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
  5. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
  6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
