Firstly, check if the award type is available on your chosen partner airline by referring to the Airline Partners Award Chart. Then calculate the required number of miles you need with Flight Award Calculator.
To redeem awards on:
Cathay Pacific and Dragonair:
Log in at the Cathay Pacific or Dragonair website with your membership number/username and PIN. You can check for flight availability and redeem Flight Awards online using their Online Booking Service. Alternatively, you can enjoy an overview of the redemption seat availability on different routes in the coming months before proceeding to book.

Just submit your request by completing the Airline Award Request Form online. Our Members Service Agent will contact you in seven days to finalise your redemption request.
