1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of admission tickets at Guest Relations windows of the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance.

1. Admission tickets must be collected by the member.
2. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon collection of admission tickets, otherwise member must pay the ticket price plus any other charges at the full published rates.
3. Admission tickets must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
4. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
5. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.

7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited is final.
