1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your registered address within the next working day. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, depending on postal service and mailing location.
3. Present your original redemption letter and membership card at the Ocean Park ticketing booth for ticket collection.

1. Award items can be collected either by the member or by a third party authorized by the member.
2. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon award item collection.
3. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.

5. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
6. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
