1. Redeem online during the redemption period.
2. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
3. Present your original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of Annual Passes at Guest Relations windows of the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance. You will be required to present personal identification and provide personal data at the time of issue of Annual Passes.

1. Annual Passes must be collected by the member.
2. The original redemption letter must be submitted upon collection of Annual Passes, otherwise the member must pay the Annual Passes price inclusive of other charges at the full published rates.
3. Annual Passes must be collected within the award collection period, or else be forfeited.
4. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
5. No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
6. Annual Passes are issued subject to the Annual Passes Terms and Conditions and the Park Rules and Regulations set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited is final.
