How to Redeem |
|

- Redeem online during the redemption period.
- Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
- Upon receipt of redemption letter, make your booking (guaranteed by credit card) at least 7 days in advance at any participating local Avis reservation office or go to www.avisworld.com.
- Please quote AWD number O578000, and your Asia Miles membership number when making car rental reservations.
- Present the original redemption letter and your membership card when picking up your car at the Avis counter.

- Package includes unlimited mileage and tax, but excludes collision waiver, theft protection, airport/key location surcharges (where applicable), petrol, personal accident insurance, additional driver charges and special arrangements (e.g. child seats, snow chains etc.)
- Redemption award must be enjoyed by the member or a redemption group member within the award consumption period, or else it will be forfeited.
- Members will have to pay for the car rental by cash or credit card should they fail to present the original redemption letter during car rental collection.
- Package is subject to Avis’ standard driver, age and credit qualifications in effect of time and place of rental. Local Avis terms and conditions apply.
- Any incidental cost not included in the car rental package will be at the expense of the user.
- Advance notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of the car rental. Local cancellation policies apply and all penalty charges will be borne by the member.
- Redemption is subject to availability and local blackout dates apply.
- No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Avis is final.
