1. You are advised to check for details on participating airlines prior to redemption, while all cross-boundary ferry services information can be found at www.turbojetseaexpress.com.hk.
2. Redeem online during the redemption period.
3. Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kongis around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
4. You are advised to reserve ferry tickets for your preferred departure date by returning the completed reservation form. Please remember to list the designated Promotion Code (as printed on your redemption letter) under the "Remarks" section of your reservation form.
5. Present the original redemption letter and your membership card when collecting your ferry tickets at the designated TurboJET Sea Express ticketing office.

1. Travel must commence and be completed by 31 December 2008.
2. Both the original redemption letter and your Asia Miles membership card must be presented at the designated TurboJET ticketing office when collecting your ferry tickets within the award collection period. Members will have to pay for the tickets should they fail to present the original redemption letter.
3. To authorise a third party to collect the tickets, please complete the form in the redemption letter. The authorised third party must present his/her HKID/passport and a copy of principle member's membership card upon ticket collection.
4. Issued tickets cannot be rescheduled, cancelled, refunded, resold or redeemed for cash.
5. Tickets will be cancelled when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or whenever poor weather conditions dictate. Members should contact TurboJET directly to reschedule cancelled tickets.
6. Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
7. Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
8. The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific Loyalty Programmes Ltd. and Shun Tak - China Travel Ship Management Limited is final.
