Each nominated restaurant is selected based on the ratings on leading restaurant review websites, including TripAdvisor, OpenRice and Yelp; and the popularity among our members based on the total amount of Miles earning transactions of the year.

Three ways to collect stars
STEP 1
VOTE

Collect 3star by casting your vote for your favourite restaurants.
Vote before 15 October and collect extra 3star.
Each member can only vote once.

STEP 2
SHARE

After voting, share your unique code with friends and family and invite them to vote. Both parties will collect 1star for every successful referral
Each member can collect up to 40star.

STEP 3
DINE

After voting, collect 3star every time you dine and earn Miles at our Partner Restaurants in Hong Kong during the voting period.
There's no upper limit to collect stars by dining.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. 'Favourite Restaurants in Hong Kong – Members’ Choice 2019' (“campaign”) period runs from 3 October to 15 November 2019 (GMT+8), inclusive (“campaign period”)
  2. Eligibility and entry requirements
    1. This campaign is for Asia Miles members (“members”) who are residing in Hong Kong only. Residency is determined by member’s preferred mailing address as registered in the Asia Miles system.
    2. Members who are currently residing in Hong Kong and wish to participate the campaign, but with their preferred mailing address not in Hong Kong, can update their profile on Asia Miles website.
    3. Members who successfully submit their preferred mailing address update are eligible to vote after 3 working days post - confirmation of their request.
    4. For people who are not yet Asia Miles members but wish to participate the campaign, they can enrol online via Asia Miles website or this campaign site.
    5. New members who enrolled are eligible to vote and select prize after 3 working days post - enrollment confirmation.
    6. Any members under 18 must obtain his or her parent’s or guardian’s consent in order to participate the campaign.
    7. Any fraud and/or abuse of the campaign (as determined by Asia Miles at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of eligibility to participate in the campaign and/or cancellation of all or part of the participants’ Asia Miles member account(s).
    8. Members will be responsible for inputting their correct and valid membership number. Asia Miles Limited is not responsible for any loss due to invalid input of membership numbers.
  3. Campaign Mechanism
    1. Members are required to complete 1) voting and 2) prize selection to enter the campaign.
    2. In each of the voting category members are required to select 1 restaurant.
    3. In the prize selection, members are required to make 1 selection.
    4. Entry to the campaign is considered complete when members have made a total of 6 votes and 1 prize selection.
  4. Stars Collecting Mechanism
    1. During the campaign, Asia Miles members can collect stars with the 3 ways below:
      • Completing the voting (“voting”) - 3 October to 15 November 2019 (GMT+8). Members can collect double stars if they vote before 15 October 2019.
      • Sharing their unique sharing code with another member, which resulted in a successful voting with the shared code being inputted (“sharing”) - 3 October to 15 November 2019 (GMT+8)
      • Making an eligible dining transaction in any Asia Miles partner restaurants in Hong Kong (“dining”) - 3 October to 15 November 2019 (GMT+8)
    2. Number of stars collected with the 3 ways are :
      • Voting - 3 stars (Members can collect double stars if they vote before 15 October 2019.)
      • Sharing - 1 star for the unique sharing code sharer ; 1 star for the unique sharing code
      • Dining - 3 stars
    3. Members must first complete voting in order to activate sharing and dining to collect stars.
    4. Each Asia Miles member can only do voting once. Repeated voting will be disqualified without prior notice. Only the earliest vote will be counted.
    5. Asia Miles Limited is not responsible for any incomplete voting due to computer, network, phone, or other technical issues.
    6. Member can collect a maximum of 6 stars in voting (with the 3 extra stars for successfully voting before 15 October) and 40 stars in sharing. There is no upper limit in dining.
    7. By entering the campaign, members agree that the unique sharing code i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred or made available to the general public in any manner other than the intended purpose of participating in the campaign; (iii) may be disabled by Asia Miles at any time for any reason without liability to Asia Miles; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions of the campaign; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use.
    8. Asia Miles reserves the right to withhold or deduct stars or other features or benefits obtained through the use of unique sharing code by you or any other members in the event that Asia Miles determines or believes that the use of the unique sharing code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
    9. Eligible dining transaction is defined as transaction which can incur Mileage Credits earning with Asia Miles partner restaurants located in Hong Kong, excluding food delivery order at Foodpanda, table reservation / takeaway service at Openrice Limited and point conversion of EZCASH in EZtable and CHOPE.
    10. Members must meet a minimum spend criteria HKD300 per transaction in order to begin earning Mileage Credits. Members can earn Mileage Credits up to a maximum spend of HKD10,000 per dining transaction. Spending criteria varies depending on the partners. Please refer to dining.asiamiles.com for details.
    11. Number of stars collected will be reflected on the campaign site “Check my star balance” 7 working days after their voting, sharing and dining activity date.
  5. Prizes
    1. Winners will be announced on 18 November 2019 on Asia Miles official campaign site.
    2. Winner(s) of each prize will be chosen based on having the highest amount of star balance as at 15 November 2019 23:59 among those who submitted the same prize entry in the voting - “prize selection”.
    3. In the case of more than one member having the same highest star balance, priority will be given to the one who completed the voting process first in time.
    4. Asia Miles’ all staff are not eligible to be winner(s).
    5. Prize winners of Exclusive local experience in Japan for 2 people (Round trip economy tickets included)will be notified to collect their prizes within eight weeks after the announcement. Those who have not received any notification during such period will be deemed as failed.
    6. Asia Miles will contact the prize winners based on the information registered by the prize winners in the Asia Miles system in order to arrange their collection of the prizes or prize redemption letters provided by sponsors. If any information provided by prize winners is inaccurate or insufficient, or if Asia Miles cannot contact the prize winners or verify the winner’s identity within two weeks after the announcement or within any specified period, such prizes winner will be deemed disqualified; the prize will go to the member with the second priority without prior notice. All members’ personal data or contact information will be used for the purposes of campaign participation, promotion, providing to the sponsors of the relevant prizes and for contacting the members.
    7. If winners are not able to collect the prizes within the time and place designated by Asia Miles, winners will be deemed to have given up their prizes and their right to collect them; the prizes will go to the member with the second priority without prior notice.
    8. Winners who are under 18 and obtained his or her parent’s or guardian’s consent to participate the campaign must provide his or her parent’s or guardian’s written consent and identification proof when collecting the prize, failure of which will render such member disqualified.
    9. ‘Favourite Restaurants in Hong Kong – Members’ Choice 2019' (“campaign”) has a total value of 1,000,000 Asia Miles given out to Asia Miles members.
    10. Mileage rewards will be credited to the Asia Miles account of Eligible Members within 6 weeks after the announcement date.
    11. The accounts of Asia Miles members must remain valid when the Asia Miles are credited.
    12. No representation or endorsement in relation to the prizes or their quality is made or will be made by Asia Miles and/or its group companies.
    13. Prizes’ winners are required to comply with the prize redemption methods, redemption conditions and the redemption deadline as set out by sponsors in the prize redemption letters. Prize winners’ right to redeem their prizes may be considered invalid if the redemption period expires or if the redemption conditions are not complied with.
    14. Asia Miles and its group companies shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of the members’ joining the campaign; prize winners shall not make any claims or demands against Asia Miles and/or its group companies.
    15. All prizes are subject to Asia Miles terms and conditions, and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for money.
  6. General
    1. Asia Miles Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. Members’ sharing will be retained as reference for future campaigns or for survey purposes.
    2. In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited shall be final.
    3. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
